Summer Style Try On Sesh

When I think of summer style, I think of cut off denim shorts, linen and cool colors! I am always on the hunt for my summer wardrobe in early spring and this year is no different! Since I am already a huge fan of the denim jeans by Abercrombie and Fitch and I like their fit, I decided to give them a try for some summer style!

In today’s blog I am sharing a try on session from Abercrombie & Fitch of a summer haul I just received. The items are so adorable and I could not be more excited to share them with you!

My favorite item from the summer haul are these Rigid Low Rise Denim Shorts . You can probably tell from the expressions on my face that these shorts do not disappoint! I am 5’2 and 115lbs and have the hardest time finding cut off denim shorts that are flattering. They are usually too short, too long or bunch up in very unflattering areas. Not these! They have plenty of length in the legs, cute distressing, slits on both sides and are low rise! I mean, seriously pure perfection! They come in 7 different colors as well!

Now, let talk about this super soft and comfy Boyfriend shirt! (And not too mention this cute print!) This is the absolute softest shirt ever and I was completely surprised when I tried it on. It is such a versatile piece as well because it can be worn with shorts, jeans, a skirt or as a cover up for a swimmie or an accessory over a dress! I am wearing a small for reference. I have linked both of these items below for you.

The next item in the try on session that I received are these Women’s Mid Length High Rise Denim Shorts. These shorts are the perfect pair of high rise shorts! I am normally not a fan of high rise shorts because I feel like they ride up and then become too short on me and are unflattering. These shorts do not do any of those things. They stay in place, have some stretch to them and are the perfect length! I love the cut off detailing at the bottom of them as well. It is over done to create a distressed look. I am wearing a size 26 for reference and have linked these for you below.

The last items in the summer try on haul are such pretty pieces. They far outweighed my expectations! The quality of the pieces was phenomal. The first item are these High Rise tie -front shorts. They are a light pink color and are a very light weight linen material that is perfect for Spring and summer. They have functioning buttons down the front, as well as the tie sash belt. Along with the shorts I received this gorgeous fully lined linen blazer, which matches the shorts. These two items are sold separately on the website, however they do match. This blazer is everything! A very versatile piece that can be worn with shorts, a dress or even jeans. The last item is this delicate white cami tank with lace detail. This tank is such a sweet little item that you can literally wear with everything! I am wearing a small in the shorts and blazer for reference and have linked all of these items below for you.
